Statutory description of profession
The statutory description of profession of the lawyers employed by the firm is "Rechtsanwalt" ("attorney at law").

Admission to practice
The lawyers employed by the firm are admitted to practice before the District Court of Berlin and - in the case of Dr. Schaemann - also before the Regional High Court of Berlin, and are member of the Berlin Chamber of Lawyers (Rechtsanwaltskammer Berlin), Littenstraße 9, 10179 Berlin.

The Federal Lawyers' Code of Practice (Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung - BRAO)
The Professional Code of Conduct for Lawyers (Berufsordnung für Rechtsanwälte - BORA)
The Act on the Regulation of Lawyers' Fees (Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz - RVG)
The Schedule of Fees and Expenses (Kostenordnung - KostO)
The Professional Rules for Lawyers in the EU

Dr. Schaemann is personally responsible for the website www.schaemann.com in the sense of Section 6 subsection 2 of the German State Media Services Agreement (Mediendienstestaatsvertrag).
